At Keune, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional hair care purchase; if you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original professional packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
